I offer a nonjudgmental, comfortable, safe space for individuals to work on the issues that are concerning them. I believe you are the expert to your life and we will tailor a treatment plan that is specific to your needs.

Are you out of town, have a busy schedule, or anxious about being in a new place? Then online sessions are here for you! I will work with you online the same way I would in person and help to tailor a treatment plan that is specific to you and your needs.

Couples session

Stuggling with your relationship, having issues communicating, or plainly just not sure how to move forward together? I offer online and in-person couples counselling to get to the route of your concerns and create a plan for how to move forward in your relationship.
